4th Grade Chorus
The 4th Grade Chorus will perform at the Archdioscesan Choral Festival at Mt. St. Joseph on March 11 at approximately 10:10. the festival begins at 9:30.
- We will perform two songs of contrasting style.
- We will attempt to have students play the piano accompaniment.
- We may have some students play other instruments, too.
- We may have some students dance, too.
The first song will be "Put a Little Love in Your Heart".
- Full Piano Accompaniment (with four-measure into)
- Right Hand Piano Accompaniment
- Left Hand Piano Accompaniment
- Guitar Accompaniment
- Drum Accompaniment
The second song will be "Five Foot Two, Eyes of Blue". Several students have learned to dance the Charleston. All students will sing the song one time, then the dancers will step forward for another time through the song (while the chorus hums), then return to their places for one more sing-through. There are links below about the dance.
